I had the most pleasant stay here. The bedroom is pretty big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, I had the main street view. What I love most about this hotel is that it has a mini fridge. The check in process was pretty fast, less than two minutes. Before you want to check in, make sure you have 200.000 IDR with you for the deposit. But, don't worry! There's an ATM (BCA) next to the hotel. The location is very strategic. It's easy to get to some places, like bars, traditional market, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants. I didn't get to try the food and the drink at the bar. Apparently, they're pretty expensive and you need to pay 21% additional fee for tax. The thing that I think needs to be improved is the TV. The quality of the TV is pretty bad. Looks like it's full of ants. But, I am okay with that. Who watches TV nowadays anyway? Also, the wifi is pretty slow. Overall, I would give this hotel a rate of 9 out of 10. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

The Axana Hotel has a great value deals based on the price. The room is clean, huge bedroom and bathroom, and essentials such hairdryer and coffee/tea maker. But for superior, the view just another rooms which shows inside building. If you want city view, you should book another class. But I’m satisfied. And, if you took your car/motorcycle, just tell the receptionist then you’ll not be charged for parking.

It's a shame that there are too many noise disturbances starting from the sound of music from the ground floor to the 5th floor the sound of the bell rings every night, whether it's just for fun or a guest, the sound is quite disturbing when sleeping

Facilities need to be considered again, toiletries are often late, hotel slippers are requested first before being given, pillows are not provided. The check-in process must wait for the room to be ready first, waiting almost 2 hours to get a room. 🙃🙃

Upon check in, it was not cleaned properly. Upon entering there was a towel mat in the refrigerator, no towels in the bathroom, the room smelled, the sheets were dirty, the toilet leaked, the water kept flowing. This is my experience staying in smoking room 311.

Not to be offensive, but we were indeed less than satisfied. Starting from the check-in time, because we booked 8 rooms, only 3 were ready, the others followed and were only complete around half past 4 in the afternoon. There were also many hotel equipment lacking. We understand that maybe because it was still the Eid atmosphere. For the future, please pay attention again.
