A hotel with a narrow bathroom, toilet behind the bathroom door, grand deluxe king type, damp carpet, extra care is required if you bring children, because the bathroom floor is also slippery, it's a shame, even though the location is very good for those who want a quiet atmosphere.

The location turned out to be many buildings for room types and between buildings the road is uphill, it is very troublesome if you bring children or parents. When traveling, the swimming pool is very far if you stay in a superior or deluxe type and the cleanliness in the superior room is very poor. Incidentally, in our room the water heater was broken, it had to be pushed down to turn it on and the light switch was broken 😅😅

The check-in process took almost 30 minutes because I was waiting to check the condition of the room but it didn't even last 40 minutes. The bathroom needs to be checked because the floor drain is full of hair. There are not many breakfast variants for the additional price of up to 150 thousand per person. Nice natural view.

5 Star Hotel with minimalist Hospitality Service, value level like 2 to 3 Star hotel, rainy season the distance from the receptionist is quite far to the room without any umbrella provided, let alone walking up and down to the room for mothers is quite tiring, because I happened to book a deluxe standard room, because usually 4 stars are already good, the variety of food for sahur is not exciting, Possibly bad situation for Sustainability business If No Action & improvement, especially Customer Satisfaction Oriented by Hotel Management.
