big room..clean..close to everywhere...just need a little renovation maybe... replace the glass in the lift...so you can see in the lift...basement parking needs to be added, access to the basement is difficult when it rains, you have to run around to park...

some receptionist not friendly inisial(F) and lack communication/not proper hand over from afternoon shift to night shift. I was hand it my extra room key🗝️ for my nephew to pick up for open the room n lift. but they said no key without check it first. so we get disturb at night. And when I went down to asked whr is my key n the key just Infront of him(he don't give to my nephew n said no key). check in time 2 pm but I got my room ready at 3 pm.. and 2 rooms was very hot n not proper. The food was tasteless, only omelette section and Turkish coffee was ok. swimming pool was not clean properly. In kids poll, there is others kids was vomit inside the poll n I called the staff to inform about that. His response very disappointed (just Oh) until I asked him to clean it/do something cause not healthy at all. poor others kids got the germs.

Very very friendly staff and helpful too. If there is complaint to be made it's the lift system that needs to be upgraded otherwise all is great!

When we first entered the room, the bed linen did have dirty stains. The next day we asked them to clean the room. When we returned to the room, they said that the linen was dirty and asked us to compensate them. Housekeeping like this is dangerous. Before checking in, they should have asked the guest to check whether there was any dirt on the bed. After checking in, I also found yellow stains on the linen so I took a photo so that later people wouldn't accuse me of making the stains on the linen.

We book 3 days 2 nights but the second day my card key can't be used need to update at reception. Hope the bcc hotel remind me when first day I come that I need to update the card key. Or if possible no need to that proceed just update my card key for 2 nights so I no need to go to reception again

I 1plus reach counter,they said room not ready,then I with my friend go for lunch.after 5plus we come back again,they mention room ready but asking me whether we check in a not,I said previously staff never ask me check in.So for this,I still okay.But make me angry is when we go into the room,the room is not ready,because the bed never change bed shit at all.this is what we go in and see how the room look like.And no toilet paper, no towels,no floor map for what we bath finish.soap also not enough for 4people.I be waiting for 40min.i call reception and go downstairs to look for reception counter staff,to asking why have this kind of standard for room making

hi traveler amazing experience staying at BCC hotel. Ambience/Facilities: comfortable, complete facilities. Food: varied and delicious breakfast Staff Assistance: very friendly and fast response. Highlights: beautiful view at night from the 19th floor, spacious room Price: very competitive price, worth the service and good facilities Location: the hotel location is very close to shopping places, malls and culinary.
