Best thing here is near to airport.. near to grocery, daily needs.. It also has souvenir shop, 5 minutes walk to restaurant, fast food.

The hotel location is very convenient for connecting, early flight. The airport shuttle was on time. The room was very clean and big enough for typical airport hotels. Overall, I would rate a very good hotel for the price, and would come back for next transit in Medan Kualanamu Airport.

the hotel lobby service is very bad especially the 2 women in the lobby, check in time has to be 12 even though there are many empty rooms, general customers are put behind, prioritized by the flight crew, the room's AC is leaking, really very unfriendly.... hopefully my complaint will be considered...

Recommended hotel if you want to rest overnight while waiting for your flight departure time. Located in a location close to Kuala Namu Airport and there is a shuttle service from and to the airport. Thanks The Crew Hotel, I enjoyed it.

The room is so unclean. There was women's hair and a dead small roach. The water kettle is broken, and there was a leak when I was sleeping, making the floor slippery. And the way their staff responds is so bad.

tried calling from room to room service but no connection
tried calling the WA number listed but it was not active
no backup generator
strange noises from outside the next room
