the room is very clean, there are balconies in some rooms which are comfortable. the staff is very friendly and helpful in providing the best solutions. the swimming pool is clean and child-friendly, and also the internet TV is quite good.

The staff is friendly, the hotel access is also not too far from the city center. I booked 2 rooms, one room had no hot water, incomplete amenities and the other room smelled bad. The car park is narrow. Other than that everything is OK.

The staff are responsive and friendly, the food is quite good, the only problem is that the room is narrow, not like the one shown in the picture, so in my room I couldn't use an extra bed because it was too narrow, apart from that everything was okay and good.

Overall the hotel is good, the room is nice and comfortable, got on the 5th floor, it seems the room has just been renovated because the interior is still new, the AC is also new so it's really cold, the food menu also has many choices, the taste is also okay. It can be an option if you want to stay again.
