I had pleasant stay here, the room was clean and tidy, the staffs were very helpful, the room amenities were complete, and the food was great. The hotel location is minutes away by walking from nagoya hill and nagoya city centre and minutes away by car/taxi from harbour bay port. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Batam.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by places to eat, a mini market and there is a hospital so it's easy to need anything available. The price is cheap too. Going to Batam again, want to stay here again.
