When we came here the swimming pool was being repaired, even though the children wanted to swim. The breakfast menu is the same every Sunday, spicy nasgor, spicy sausages, not kid friendly. The room smells of cigarettes, the bathroom is slippery and smelly.

The room is not clean, the room facilities are lacking, I checked in but there were no towels. When I asked for towels, room service said they weren't dry yet, I was told to wait until I called several times before delivering the towels.
