The service when checking in early was great. The staffs were friendly. Nice ambience around the hotel. The room was very cozy with unique interior design, there is a mini bird cage in the room filled with sweets. Hotel is also conveniently located. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

For towels, please replace them with new ones. I'm sure they're new and definitely clean, but the color is dull. It's better to just replace them.

Sangat menyenangkan, lokasi yang strategis karena dekat dengan Malioboro dan properti terletak di pusat kota Jogja. The shower lever came loose so the tiny shower (I don't know what it's called) couldn't be used, called a technician but didn't solve the problem. Help a technician, if you enter a bathroom with wet floors, open your shoes first so you don't dirty the floor.

This hotel is a nice hotel in a grand old colonial building. Lots of character and many interesting classic old furniture on display. The rooms needed some attention, understandably as it is an old design. However, the management needs to focus on improving their service at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Dinner service is extremely slow. In our case, they totally forgot our meals that were left on the counter to be served until we alerted them 45 min later! Hotel is very well located with a short walk to the famous Malioboro street.

Excellent hotel in Yogyakarta in great location. Rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The coffee machine in the room was a great bonus. I'll definitely be back one day.
