View from the hotel at night, champion. 5 star hotel in Makassar with the most spacious room for the same price range. Very clean, comfortable and the friendliness of the staff is champion. Very helpful and fast response. The restaurant where breakfast is very spacious and clean, with responsive staff service. Tips: For the best price, search on several applications for price comparison, because the prices in each application are not the same.

My recent stay at The Rinra Hotel in Makassar was nothing short of exceptional. Its prime location, a short stroll from the beach and the iconic Kubah 99 Mosque, was incredibly convenient. The hotel's accessibility was a major plus, with easy access to transportation. Beyond the location, the hotel itself exceeded expectations. The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. The overall service was prompt and efficient. Without reservation, I would highly recommend The Rinra Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-located hotel in Makassar. It's truly one of the best options in the city.

The mandatory things that should be good from a hotel with a good rating. The room phone didn't work so I had to call the hotel with my cell phone. The cupboard didn't close and made a sound. The refrigerator was warm. The hair dryer kept turning off. The shower water was too hot but hard to cool. When it rained the TV didn't work. Breakfast nothing special. The good thing is The sunset view from the room is very beautiful. I will look for another hotel with a similar view

(+) 1. Friendly and helpful staff. (+/-) 1. Initially given a room on the * Floor where the wifi did not connect to the room and the manual telephone was broken. So I had to use credit to call many times. So I moved to a proper room even though the floor was high. 2. Some of the gym equipment was not working. Although I tried to fix it, it was a bit better. In cheaper hotels like the Whyndam, each room has an iron and ironing board. But you have to ask for it first and have to call several times. My trip was delayed by almost 2 hours. (-) 1. The curtains were not ironed. Makes you nauseous.
