I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Thank you so much, Singhasari. Will surely be back here again very soon 💙

My family and I stayed in this hotel for vacation. The location is nearby from restaurants and cafe. The facilities are very well maintained, no defect. The ambiance is great, the staffs are very friendly, fast response, and helpful. All amenities are complete. Food was great too. They provide many free activities to do around the resort: flying fox, art towel, movie time, etc, my kid enjoyed it so much. We had a great time. Thank you Singhasari. We will surely come back.

We had no wait at all to check-in. This was all unexpected, but a lovely touch. We had nothing but good service the whole stay, and loved the pool. We also checked-out within minutes. All such an easy time for such a large hotel, with amazingly friendly staff. We'll be back again... Cheers!

I feel like I regret trying Singhasari, and I want to go back again. The facilities are really complete, kids friendly, just staying at the hotel is enough to satisfy my memorable vacation. The food is also delicious, nothing failed. If my husband invites me here again, he will not refuse and will not get bored. The hospitality is also cool, it's top notch, there are no minuses

one of the hotels that has the best service and facilities. only one correction I have, there is no smoking area limit outside the room. so when near the Playground, people can easily smoke.

friendly and helpful staff ... especially when my family and I were going on a Bromo trip, we were informed that we could get an early breakfast to take away indoor and outdoor activities for children such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, indoor / outdoor playground, flying fox and the latest arcade game (dingdong) were fun for me and the children the family room that I ordered with a bunk bed concept was fun for all family members note: I hope the superior room can be maintained in quality with good maintenance

A very extraordinary hotel.. All hotel staff from the gatekeeper, counter staff, to room service and valet are very humble and friendly. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied, the location of the hotel feels guarded / private from the outside, the hotel's outdoor facilities are complete and many.. it's really an extraordinary experience staying at this hotel! 👍

The best hotel in Batu, truly deserves five stars. Ample parking space, staffs very polite and helpful. Lots of activities: basketball, tennis, swimming, arcade, etc. Room is spacious and comfortable, with high quality cable TV. If I am to be super critical, maybe lighting could be improved as it is rather dark in the alleys.

First time staying at this hotel, everything was fun, only the bathroom shower area, the floor and walls were mossy and crusty, not very clean, the balcony area was also not very clean, lots of dirt and ants, and the food in the restaurant, the standard can't be said to be delicious, but thank you for the service, all the employees are friendly.
