What is more than perfect? 1st of all I say thank you for serving me so well during the stay. For all the staff and the management, you all were so great. No disappointment and recommended hotel not only in Padang but to the whole on West Sumatera. Cleanness? Don't worry about the hygiene. Interior design? I even prefer this hotel interior than where my dad was work on. To be honest, I am picky enough to decide where I should stay at but this hotel more of value. May I say that the location is in the center of city? Surrounded by so many destination you can visit and much of cuisines around. Easy to find, of course. For additional, this hotel for free providing you a nice view on the sky pool, thorough of gym equipment which is satisfying included spa treatment, great taste of foodie, a sky bar for your night view, and go take a look around using their bicycle. Find the hills with sea for the landscape on this hotel. I recommend you to book higher floor for better view. I attached some pictures and I'm sorry for most of them is in the restaurant. That's my favorite place. I would like to be able to giving you a souvenir as appreciate the hotel services on the next visit. That would be such a pleasure and a honor for me. See ya.

This hotel is very strategic from the culinary and entertainment center, with exceptional service and is likely to become the largest hotel in Padang with an increase in the number of rooms and amenities. Also with a variety of dishes that taste national, very delicious!!!.

The corridor/hallway of the room is all carpeted, but not in the room. It would be better if the floor in the room was also carpeted to make it more comfortable. The variety of food at breakfast is varied so it doesn't get boring.

The first time I stayed here in 2018, it was still the old name, it wasn't as luxurious as the hotel now. After changing the name, the changes were amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean, the wifi is smooth, the hotel staff are friendly and if there are any problems we report them very quickly. The first day the AC in the room was not cold enough, reported to the service department and they responded immediately. The food at the restaurant is very Padang-style, even the noodle soup crackers and salted fish are also unique menus, maybe the menu at this hotel. Everything is delicious and I like it. Of the several starred hotels in Padang that I have tried to stay at, only The ZHM hotel is the most recommended in my opinion. Spacious parking, soundproof rooms, clean bathrooms, new towels and sheets, prayer mats ready in plastic. Keep it up for the management of The ZHM Hotel Premiere.

During a week of staying, the room was always clean when returning from activities. Especially in the atmosphere of Ramadan, the mosque is close so that worship activities are also smooth. Look for takjil snacks if you want to try local culinary around, there are also many available around the hotel.

Overall like the pool view, service, cleanliness. FYI we stayed in a deluxe double room on the 8th floor wing area.
What was disappointing was that the walls were not soundproof, besides our room was very noisy from 7 pm to 12 am even the sound of laughter could be heard clearly in our room and was very disturbing because we have a toddler who was already sleeping at that time. Breakfast was also very minimalist maybe because it was the fasting month so there wasn't much variety, and the fried chicken was hard. I might come back just to enjoy the pool. Thank you
