The location is not far from the hangout center. The location of the hotel is inside so it is quieter. Walking out to find dinner is not far.

The staff is very friendly. When I complained that the AC in the room was not cold enough. The duty manager immediately responded by moving me to another room. Every time I go to Pontianak, I always stay here.

There is no white water, the room is dirty. The next room is noisy, it can be heard in my room. The superior room is very small, this is the first time a hotel room is like a boarding room. The sink is behind the door. Not repeating it a second time

everything feels right!
close to the city center, easy access to Pontianak culinary tours at night (Jalan Gajahmada - there are many culinary recommendations that can be tried!)
access to transportation is also close, the atmosphere is comfortable and suitable for a vacation choice with family!

The hotel staff is friendly....I always stay here every time I go to Pontianak...only the hallway to enter the room smells a bit damp...it would be better if the carpet was removed, so it doesn't smell...

The price is still affordable and pocket-friendly, but the level of comfort of the facilities to the food is delicious and all ok. Next time if there is a destination to Ponti, you can stay here again. Thank you

For a price under 300k, this hotel is the best. Clean, tidy, fragrant, complete facilities, friendly staff. The downside in my opinion is the wifi, it's a bit slow. So far it's safe, recommended here.
