The parking attendants are awesome. Greetings to the night parking attendants. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The AC is really cold, but occasionally the sound of the water pipes can be heard in the room. But overall, it's okay.

The staff are friendly, from security, FL, and the restaurant. The soundproofing in the rooms is a bit lacking. The food is varied and delicious. Parking is limited but always available. The swimming pool water is very cold (understandable, since it's Bandung).

All the staff are friendly, I requested a cake with the words happy wedding anniversary & my child's birthday written on it when I brought it to the restaurant for breakfast. They quickly prepared it and were friendly. My children enjoyed playing in the spacious room playground.

The lobby is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast menu is quite varied. However, the rooms are a shame, please improve their maintenance. The walls are peeling and cracked, and the wallpaper has black stains. This makes room 802 uncomfortable.
