I've tried staying for 1 night, overall it's good, because it's still below so the mountain view is very close to the settlement. there is 24-hour hot water, but there is no lift from the lobby to the basement and there is no shower jet in the toilet so it's not very parent friendly in my opinion, plus the mattress is not that soft. but the food is delicious, especially the potato wedges, you can add more and more and the salad is also delicious. close to campus so it's easy to gofood because there are lots of foods ehehe and walking distance to a coffee shop, there's sbux too!

The first time I stayed here, it was indeed far from the city. This is a good hotel for those traveling to the Sersan Bajuri, Lembang or Setiabudi areas themselves. The hotel is comfortable, nice and the variety of food is also quite good. It's just that the descent/incline to the vehicle parking lot is too steep.

The blanket and bedsheets were itchy and smelly when we arrived so we asked for them to be changed, and they were changed immediately. The swimming pool was dirty, maybe because it wasn't a high session so it wasn't cleaned because I was the only one staying there so my child couldn't swim. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
