I got upgrade to Junior Suite with Sea View, where it was really nice and spacious room, I loved it so much! Thank you. What an incredible 2 nights stayed at Grand Inna Kuta. They also have a lot variety of breakfast also with sea view. I would love to come back.

Good option for family. The hotel literally has 3 swimming pools and located right in front of the less-crowded part of Kuta Beach. Although the exterior seemed rather old but the rooms are actually new, tidy, and clean.

NOTICE ROOMS IMPROVEMENT Grand Inna Kuta is beginning to improve all Superior rooms which are located in the mature part of the hotel called Bali Wing Building.. There are several points we would like to address to our guests as follows: a. The project of room improvement will start as of February 11, 2020 for 6 months onward b. All 102 Superior rooms and Sunken Pool will be closed down during that period c. For guests who have been booked in Superior rooms for the periods mentioned above will be entitled for a free upgrade to Deluxe category We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by the project. Please contact us with any concerns during the course of the project and thank you for your kind understanding.

The hotel is huge, we got room quite far from the front area, but near Kalapa pool. The room is clean, spacious, really comfy. Breakfast is tasty, have many variance of foods. At last day of our stay there, my daughter got sick and sleep near check out time. The Hotel generously accept my late check out request till 13.00 to provide time for my daughter so she can get some rest. Thank you, Truntum:)

I stayed at this hotel from 26 August 2024-31 August 2024, I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, it's very nice, right behind the beach, it's close to everywhere, there are lots of places to eat, a pharmacy with a doctor is also very close, the laundry can be expedited and it's not expensive, basically if I go to Bali I will definitely stay at this hotel again and if possible ask for the same room because it's close to the beach and close to the lobby, continue to be successful, Truntum Kuta Bali Hotel ❤.

I really like staying here because I'm really looking for a Kuta atmosphere which is close to Kuta beach and close to shopping around and the food at breakfast is very varied so it's delicious and the rooms are wide with connecting rooms and close to the swimming pool and spa so you really feel at home and on the same floor as the restaurant .

For smokers this hotel is not recommended. For those who like to order go food and so on, get ready to go out and take the package to the security post because the security forces don't want to take it to the reception.

Even though it's close to the main road, when you enter the hotel you still get a relaxed atmosphere, the room view faces the swimming pool, breakfast view directly in front of the beach, the main winner ❤️ friendly service, complete facilities.
