Room service menu is in English but unfortunately when you call room service, nobody speaks English. Called twice to place an order but they didn't understand English. Said they would call back but never did. I gave up after the second call and waiting for an hour.

The room is quite spacious. The staff are friendly. The tongkat ali gulai (breakfast) is great...
The hotel's location is close to the beautiful Al Hakim mosque.
The downside is that the TV picture is not good and the screen is a bit damaged. Then the bath shower leaks, when taking ablution, there are quite heavy drops from the bath shower.
But it's fun to stay at this hotel.

we stayed here during Ramadan.. we broke our fast here and had sahur here too..
thank God we were free to choose what we wanted to eat and sahur was still served with complete food and drinks.....
