(+) Location in front of the station entrance/exit, in the room there is a Quran, mukena, prayer mat, sarong, 4 bottles of mineral water, free minibar snacks, murotal is played throughout the hotel building in the morning. (-) The room & bathroom are cramped, the sheets are dusty, the bed is too high (use an additional mattress), the menu is not very varied and the taste is lacking, breakfast is supervised by the waiter so it is not very comfortable.

1. during breakfast a 6 year old child was charged 75k logically a child that age can't possibly finish an adult's portion, at most 5 bites are enough to fill them up. the rules might be a bit reasonable 2. the food is quite delicious, but some are bland. overall okay 3. the room is okay, the AC is cold, the KM is clean, the Wifi is fast, no cigarette smell. if you want to be near the elevator, take a room number at the back of the hotel. if you want a view of Tugu Station, choose the deluxe one, if you want the superior one, the view is behind the hotel. 4. the staff are friendly 5. very close to Malioboro, Tugu Jogja. around 200 meters 6. looking for dinner outside, there are so many, no need to worry 7. to Tugu Station, just cross the street 8. parking is limited to 5-6 cars, around 20 motorbikes

Almost once every 2-4 months I stay at Unisi. And I was really surprised yesterday when I stayed there, all the staff were very friendly, they liked to chat, were very informative, and gave solutions. Basically, the staff are the best! The rooms are still the best! The location is also strategic! Across from Tugu station, and it's also very close to Malioboro.

The hotel staff is friendly from the check-in process, welcoming in the dining room to check out. The room is very clean with a decent size and the AC feels evenly cold. In the room there is free tea, coffee, sugar that can be drunk, there is also a prayer mat and the Quran. The TV screen is quite clear, only the TV channel choices are not many. The bathroom is clean but a bit small, there are toothbrushes, soap and towels, hot water is smooth. The breakfast menu is standard, fried rice, fried noodles / vermicelli, fried tempeh, chicken, vegetables, fruit pieces.
