Yesterday stayed at UTC when watching a favorite singer concert. The rooms are clean, the employees are friendly and ready to solve problems. The welcome greeting through the social media is really a surprise. Feel like VIP guests. The choice of breakfast menu is varied, the cuisine is good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and informative. The check-in/check-out process took less than a minute 👍 The room and bathroom are clean (including sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.). The twin bed is quite large and comfortable, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the wifi is good, parking is easy and not far from the elevator. The atmosphere is quiet even though it is in the city center.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to everywhere. The appearance from the outside is not very attractive, the parking lot is overgrown with weeds, but the hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious.

So far, the service, comfort, and cleanliness are good. Just input and suggestions, maybe there should be an upgrade for the room facilities, I happened to get a bed with a slightly damaged bottom and the bathroom because the sink, shower and faucet were rusty. But during my several stays here, all is good.
