This hotel is Perfect for the family because the location is mid of Gading Serpong & facilities from the hotel. You can swim with your family in this pool, wide & clean. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and it didn't take long to check in. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean & you can open the balcony door to see the view outside the room. I am very satisfied with this hotel and the price offered. Thank you.

It is too bad that my camera wasn't working properly (which I realized just now) so I cannot share with you some of the property's pictures. Ara Hotel has caught my eyes since the first time I passed it by. Located in Gading Serpong, it is strategically located among good food restaurants, cafés and malls. Suitable for family staycation. Ara's pool is one of its many facilities and surely a highlight. It's spacious enough to accommodate its swimmers and children would love to play water here. The room is just right with sufficient toiletries. You can also Work from Hotel at Ara. Their internet connection is superb. I could work for a bit before starting my weekend. Its value for money is also another highlight. Friendly and warm staff in every corner. I hope that your experience would be as pleasant if not better! Looking forward to another stay here ❤

Check in process went smooth. The staff was really nice. Spacious room, great breakfast because they also served Sushi. Have the chances to greet by the duty manager. Will do stay over again next time!

The first day just entering the toilet smelled of urine, the TV screen was broken and it was moving up and down, moving to another room, the problem was solved. The second day moving to another room wanted to change to a king bed, the kettle had not been washed, there were traces of dirt and smell, called the receptionist for hours waiting but no one came, had to call again before someone changed the kettle. The good thing about this hotel is that it has waterbom facilities and the TV is good, it's also smart. If you don't want to swim, think 10 times about staying here

Always a pleasure to stay at Vega. Have stayed here several times since it was called ARA. You can swim as much as you like here, there is a semi-olympic pool & a children's pool complete with a slider. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The breakfast menu is quite varied & the taste is quite good although not very special. At night they hold a BBQ ayce by the pool. The location is near the Summarecon Serpong mall. There are many interesting restaurants around to try.

The first time I checked in, the staff was friendly, and when I entered the room it was comfortable. Although the room wasn't soundproof, it was okay and I still slept soundly even though I was alone. Maybe I will be a regular here because the hotel is not noisy and the traffic is calm.

The swimming pool water is really dirty, I swear. The incident occurred on 2/8/2025. There were even visitors whose swimming goggles fell into the water and it was hard to find them because the water was so dirty. And the water in the bathroom was very small. Even when you first entered the bathroom, the soap was almost gone
