The room is spacious, family friendly, the staff is very fast response, the check in and check out process is fast. The downside is that to enter the hotel you have to enter a shophouse so every time you go out you have to pay for parking, and the room is not soundproof.

the room was very stuffy and smelled of cigarettes
only 1 towel was given, and it was very bad and could only be used as a doormat, my towels at home are better (see photo)
there was no bathroom mat, I asked for a towel several times, asked for a doormat several times but no response, the AC could not be adjusted using the remote, the room had no windows.!

The AC is not cold enough & leaks. The room key access can't be opened continuously & must be helped several times by the technician even though the access card has been updated and replaced, it still can't be opened.

The AC was broken.., and the handling was long. Finally moved rooms, but because the rooms were full I was moved to a superior room which was cheaper. While I ordered a Deluxe class room which was more expensive than superior. The hotel was indifferent and responded to my complaint as usual. And that night there was no MOD or manager who was responsible. The condition of the room was dirty, full of stains. Dirty mattress, smelly water. And the water drain was clogged, so I took a shower like it was a puddle of water. Very dirty ..., please pay attention to the hotel. Especially in dealing with customer complaints.

Stayed in a Superior room. Unfortunately there were some problems such as the water was off, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the room wasn't soundproof. Fortunately, there were technicians and staff on standby to quickly fix it. However, at a price of around 480 thousand per night, I think it's not worth the price with the experience of staying there. A bit overpriced. Overall I give it a score of 3.5/5.0.

Hi Verse Hotel, my experience during my 4 days 3 nights stay was not very satisfying. Because several times I had to complain about the AC not being cold (Cirebon's hot weather), the electricity suddenly tripped at 2 am, and the hot water was not that hot. It's very unfortunate, but hopefully in the future it can be more considered if you choose a season like this and also hopefully it will be better. Thank you.
