Stayed here during Ramadan, so the breakfast was delivered to our room, so the breakfast option was limited. But nice place, but maybe the room needs to be refurnished.

first stay at this hotel, because my husband insisted on staying at this hotel, and he said that he was the one who built this hotel. btw this hotel used to be called planet hotel, now it's changed to vue palace which is a member of artotel group..
for a 4 star hotel, the room size is quite spacious, the cleanliness is good, the staff are all friendly, the breakfast menu has many variants, my 7 year old child was charged 75k but it was all worth it.. but it's very unfortunate, there is no plastic trash can in the room and bathroom, then there is no doormat in the room, when I complained it was only given and even then it took quite a long time, the water channel in the bathroom is not smooth, so there is a lot of stagnant water, the AC is not cold enough, luckily it's cold in Bandung.. hopefully in the future it will be improved again, because remember this is a 4 star hotel ☺️

The staff is not friendly. Asked for a smoking room but was given a non-smoking one. Even though I paid for a smoking room. The bathtub was leaking. The sheets were dirty with lots of red stains.

Ordered an artsy twin room, got a room on the 5th floor next to the service lift from the start of check-in in the afternoon until the morning it was very noisy, I don't know if it was the sound of the service lift next door or above, so it was hard to sleep & the chair under the table in the photo was not available. Maybe if it was in another room it would be more comfortable

Old hotel but not bad, I stayed here during the long weekend because it was the cheapest among the others which were all full, my husband who has sensitive skin immediately got cayenne pepper as Sundanese would say, I think the cleanliness is lacking

This is my umpteenth time staying here, my favorite hotel because it's less than a 5-minute walk from the station. Unfortunately, many of the units now need renovation. Many of the floors are scratched, making it less safe for babies. The bathtub is also dirty, the water is yellow, and the food has not changed since long ago. It feels lacking.

The service was not satisfactory, not responsive, no information was given if the hotel could not deliver food to the room even though we had waited for half an hour :) the receptionist's phone was not answered, no one was standing by at the front at night.. not to mention there was no apology from the receptionist

It's actually nice and comfortable, for that price you can get a room with a bathtub, but flushing the water takes a long time and the wifi sometimes disconnects itself huhuuu
