The security is very helpful, helps with parking. The downside is that the room service is very slow to respond, when I asked for a prayer mat I had to wait up to 4 hours and had to call up to 3 times.

The room is spacious, but the design is very standard, plain, it doesn't feel like staying in a hotel. The wifi is also hard to connect, so you have to call a technician if you want to watch something using a smart TV. The carpet is old and dusty. I suggest you replace it because it's torn.

Disappointed with the FO, I asked for a twin bed but when I entered the room there was a vacuum cleaner & the bed was not there, went back down to the lobby to complain to the FO but the answer was "madam asked for a twin bed & that's the only one ready" in a loud voice & without an apology, very, very disappointed to hear what he said even though in the end I was replaced with a new room but I shouldn't speak in a loud tone to the guest especially since it wasn't us who did anything wrong 🥺

It was very comfortable staying at the WT hotel, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the food menu was cheap and quite tasty, the breakfast menu was less varied but the taste was quite good. It's just a shame that the car park is small, so you have to pile up when parking. You can't rush if you want to leave the hotel.

The toilet door handle is broken, the AC often leaks and sometimes the blower is noisy. Superior type rooms usually have a connection room so the sound is not soundproof so you can often hear the voices of your neighbors, the water heater is also broken and doesn't work

The hotel staff is very unfriendly! Moreover, the night staff is less helpful and lacks coordination. As a hospitality person, I can also feel which smiles are genuine and which are just fake. Here, it seems like the smiles are just fake. The room phone is dead so the room service has difficulty calling me but I respect being visited directly to the room. If possible, recruit employees who have indeed been involved in the hospitality world. So that all guests get excellent service. Amenities are only toothbrushes, are you kidding me (?)

Overall a good hotel, strategic location, good price, comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms. The input for the Check In and Check Out process is a bit long, not as fast as other hotels. The shower in the bathroom has a very small water flow and the upper shower does not produce water. The friendliness of the employees is lacking, only the Security in the outdoor parking lot is friendly to guests.
