all hotel staff are friendly...have stayed here 3 times. the BF menu is also quite varied. it's just that maybe the room facilities should be checked regularly, the hairdryer is not on, and the towels provided seem not to be fully dry so that they cause an unpleasant odor on the towels. to pay attention to the room facilities again. overall okay. will stay here again. 🙏

Staff service is ok but breakfast during high season is very unpleasant. Many of the food runs out even though breakfast time is still long and the food top up takes a long time and some are not even topped up again. The taste is not good at all. The swimming pool has a nice view but is not child friendly.

new in this hotel open bill without any usage can't cancel the cc but asked to check it yourself in billing 7 days in advance 😆, the road to the hotel is congested, there is a bridge construction that has not been completed, makes me stressed because I have to cross the train tracks while the traffic is very dense. But I like this Japanese room type, it's spacious and clean, there are 2 bathrooms, suitable for 2 children. Breakfast is just B, varied but if it's finished it doesn't seem to be refilled. swimming pool is ok but there's a lot of chlorine.

Old hotel but the room is big. Can fit 5-6 people, just add a bed. For food, the variety is quite a lot, the taste of the food is quite good. Family-friendly hotel, next to the swimming pool there are children's toys. The swimming pool area (rooftop) is very instagrammable Unfortunately the road near the hotel is under construction, so it's congested and the road is really bad when going to the hotel

The room size is sufficient, but its outdated decor—such as the wallpaper, curtains, and furniture—gives it a somewhat dark and uninviting impression. Outside the rooms, each floor features a spacious lobby area in front of the elevator, which feels underutilized as it only has seating. The hotel could consider transforming these areas into inviting spots for coffee or drinks, adding value and enhancing the guest experience.
