The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and loved the convenient location, close to many major attractions.

want to change room to smoking room (as requested before) they ask for another 50 thousands rupiah for the changing. as the room is not ready so we cancel to change the room . but the 50 thousands we handed to them the say they didn't received it. it's just 50 thousands rupiah but how they do this which is disappointing

The hotel staff and technicians are friendly, the hotel location is very strategic, I am from outside Jakarta and want to try riding the MRT, it is quite close to the station which can be reached on foot, the room is quite comfortable and quite clean, it was very impressive to stay at the Whiz Hotel Falatehan

My first impression of staying here was that it was worth it for the price, the service was good, but it didn't seem to be soundproof, there was a lot of noise from outside, there were people walking on the stairs and it was very disturbing, there was no hair dryer either, the breakfast menu was sufficient.

When I first arrived I was given a room that didn't match the app. The curtains and windows couldn't be opened so it was stuffy, the position of the table was right on the edge of the toilet whereas what I ordered wasn't like that, then I moved to another room and there was another problem, the AC was leaking, there were no lights at all above the bed or near the table, it seemed like the room was dim, there was only a light in the toilet, it was very minimalist, there was no place to put clothes, there were no tissues on the table, the bathroom was very narrow, overall it was not comfortable

The location is indeed very good but there are also many improvements that need to be done from many aspects. 1. First, the staff did not greet at all, just stared silently, at that time the FO staff were two women, one had a very sullen face, the other smiled when I approached her. Then I CI and was given a room with a flooded bathroom, and made us almost slip several times. The water would not enter the gutter and recessed to the bathroom door. 2. That night I complained to the FO staff who was in charge that night, the staff was male and friendly. He promised to replace my room for the next day. And it was true, I was given a replacement room that was better than before. Suggestion for whiz falatehan, the FO staff, whether daily workers or permanent staff, should be retrained for their friendliness. We are guests who come all the way to Jakarta for business, at least be greeted nicely and paid attention to, don't seem indifferent like that. When I saw your staff drinking and eating behind the FO desk booth, is that allowed for a FO to do? It shouldn't be. But the male staff in charge at night is very friendly, it would be better if he was moved to the morning. Then I also met other FO staff, male and female, and they were also friendly. So confused, there are staff who are curt, there are staff who are friendly. Oh yeah, for the bathroom, if there is a problem, don't give it to the guest, it will only trouble the guest. Fix it first and then you can resell the room. I hope whiz can be better in the future. Thank you.

This price is not worth it, the room is too small, the toilet doesn't have a cup holder for brushing, the shower is slow, the position of the bed is too close to the door so privacy is not maintained.

Hot water in the room I stayed in was not available, the taste of the food at breakfast was not right, most of the menu was cold when served especially the rice was lumpy and cold!, the soto was only warm, the grilled chicken was cold and hard,. Overall review is enough with ⭐ ⭐⭐
