Really glad to have a staycation in Wyndham, the room was big, even the bathroom was so spacious, and the swimming pool was so big. My kids love it. The breakfast is so varied, and it tastes good, they do have Indonesian famous noodles stall, there. The staff was so friendly, especially Pak Iskandar, who really helped us a lot, during our stay. The cleanliness also got the point, the room was clean and well maintained. The location was near Mall Kokas, only a 5mins walk and voila! Arrived. Thank you Wyndham, we’ll be back for sure.

I came for celebrating my wedding anniversary, and they served a cake as a complimentary (as I wrote in special request) and they put a romantic decoration and it was beyond our expectation. So thank you. The food was delicious. And everything was great. Will come back here again for sure.

At first check-in time, it took quite a long time. The receptionist didn’t tell about how to order in-room dining, which we found out how after we entered the room and called the operator (it must scan a barcode to order). The room is spacious, and although the interior is quite old, but it remains classic and well maintained. One thing that bothered us was the AC that sounds very loud. Breakfast was excellent, it offered variety of food and drinks with delicious taste. The waiter/ress at the restaurant also provided us with the best service they could give. If I may suggest, please maintain/renew the elevator since it was look quite old and not functioning very properly most of the time we used it. Overall we enjoy our first stay here, especially the kids who can experience the large and playful swimming pool. Thank you.

We always look forward to stay at wyndham because the location is central and they have an amazing breakfast buffet. However this time we had 2 sleepless nights due to faulty ac, both me and my husband woke up and could not sleep again after that. We were offered another room but the ac did not really work there either, we do not look for compensation but we paid full price and had 2 sleepless nights which ruined 2 of our days on our vacation. We came back again and this time we got a room with a working ac, I think this should be a priority if the guest had 2 sleepless nights.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the children's facilities are really champion. Starting from complete children's play facilities, a swimming pool that is really good for children and even adults are happy Just a few comments on the breakfast menu, especially Indonesian cuisine that can still be explored again and the taste needs to be improved again

the ac was broken and no initiative from the hotel to move me to another room. engineering team was sent but the room temperature was still hot, ironically the aisle outside the room was cooler than my room. I stayed in 1725 during my stay. and the in room dining, the sambal on the ayam geprek that I ordered was too salty. not slightly too salty, but really like they put too much salt in the sambal.
