The location of this hotel is far from the city center. Has direct access to the OPI mall. For 5-star standards, it doesn't seem appropriate. The lobby, bedroom, and restaurant are appropriate. But the front office is very slow for the check-in process.

order 2 rooms with connecting door... got separate ones but next to each other without any explanation when checking in, the FO only said it depends on availability, what's wrong with saying that the room with the intended facilities is already sold... so the guest understands without having to reconfirm, ...
