Hotel building is old & lack of maintenance, lobby actually is stunning but when we walk to ocean pool we can see clearly so many holes in the roof, it looks awful when you try to get some nice pics over there. When we arrived to enjoy our welcoming drinks at restaurant we tried to order pizza but they say they don't have any mozzarella cheese so we ended up order for calamari rings and es cendol as their promoted menu at that time. I'm asked will their mozarella cheese be ready for the dinner time, they just said don't know. And yes, when we tried again to order pizza in the night, they still can't served it. We ended up order for fried rice. Too bad it's obviously they lack of stock management & quick response for fulfilling the basic ingredients for their restaurant (they offered limited menu though, so we don't have any options there, especially for kids). Later in the night we asked them to pick up the dirty dishes of our dinner they said just to put them in the front of room, but shockingly we can still find them there even looks more dirty with many insects, after we coming back from breakfast, lol. The breakfast menu is good actually, we notice many Indian menu at that time, not sure if it's regular or not. They have 2 swimming pool, when we go to garden pool we can see a dead baby bird floating in the pool. It makes us sick & rush to go to ocean pool, where we can see many big holes in the roof of the building, lol. They also have outside guest for swimming in the ocean pool so it's so crowded & bit lack of privacy. And the ultimate experience was I can't sleep all night because we can feel shaky like earthquakes every minutes, first I thought because our room near elevator? But turned out it was because of the ocean wave. It makes me anxious if the building is strong enough or not. Check out time is the fastest ever of my life, they didn't even bother to asked how was our stay. Well, overall it goes way below our expectations for a resort stay experience.

So Far ok for a staycation the location of the hotel is integrated with the beach. but the beach is black sand and when staying again you are not allowed to go down the coast because it is high tide.
for breakfast ok only children over 5 years old have to pay and it is a bit expensive above 100K even though the food that children can enjoy is only a little. while other hotels usually still charge half the price around > 75K
Room Ok and clean, friendly staff.
It's just that the pool water is cloudy, often maintenance.

The facilities in the room are good, the view from the room is beautiful as requested, although there are parts of the room that need improvement such as the bathroom door and the wardrobe door. I really like being able to walk along the beach. If the "track" for walking could be longer, it would be more fun. You can also see the "sunrise". Fun. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof. If the next room is being cleaned or someone is chatting, it can be heard very well. Fortunately, it's not continuous 😊 but it's still okay for Indonesians.

Wyndham has surprised me with many compliments. They let me early checked in once the room was ready. They also upgraded my room from deluxe to suite room for free. I was enjoying the jacuzzi every morning. And I also enjoyed to exercise and jogging. The experience I have was wonderful and great at Wyndham. spacious and clean room, family friendly,
there are 2 swimming pools. the main pool is close to the jivva beach club, the second pool is in the middle of the resort.
We happened to stay in a room with a sea view. So we could directly see the sunrise and sunset and the waves crashing on the beach.
along the road near the beach behind the resort can be used for jogging in the morning or evening.
mini bar, complete amenities, coffee, tea sugar, mineral water whose bottles already support eco green to reduce plastic waste.
there are facilities for a gym and spa.
friendly staff, 24-hour service, unfortunately in the room where we stayed, the TV was not equipped with netflix, disney hotstar or youtube channel.

The Perfect Getaway for Couples
First time staying in Gianyar area and quite impressive. Welcomed with an elegant and grand lobby and welcome drink. There are free facilities such as yoga, meditation and drawing for children. Close to Lepang Beach too.
Just a suggestion, the exterior buildings need to be repaired and the gardens need to be maintained. It would be more beautiful if they were well maintained. Then there are not many food places.
Atmosphere/Facilities: Quiet from the crowds. Many facilities but need to be asked first.
Food: Order fried rice to the room. Portion is sufficient, standard taste is not salty.
Staff Assistance: Friendly
Highlights: Relieve fatigue in a quiet beach area
Price: Worth the price
Location: Strategic location towards Ubud, Gianyar and Kintamani.
