best place for a quick family getaway from a crowded city. there's new playground spot for kids.. my twins had so much fun. the room was neat and clean. at night we kinda had quick "spa"at the small pool where we soaked our feet at the very hot spring water. it was so refreshing. will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. the breakfast was ok. there's few choices. the pool water was too hot though. the twins doesn't like it.

People's reviews are right, there are no foot towels directly in the room and you have to ask for them first, while when you ask for them they don't give them immediately, it takes a long time to come. So for that price, it's a bit over the top in my opinion and the food quality is just so-so.

The location and the hot water pool were awesome, but there are some major downsides:- There was only 1 front desk officer during the check-in time, so when I checked in, it was queued.- The bed's sheet, pillows' sheet, and the bedcover were smelly and had stains in a few places. Don't know if the housekeeping changed it or not.- The water heater in our room was not functioning even though Tondano is a cold area.- The view from the room was another building's roof, not too appealing.

Very good and kind service from all the staff and all the best 👍🥰 but if I can give a suggestion after staying several times, namely from 2021 until yesterday I stayed again, namely the maintenance of the playground needs to be considered so that it is friendly for families 🙏😊

The room is dusty to the point of sneezing, there are ants/small animals even under the pillows and blankets, the table is also dusty. The food is varied with a fairly standard taste. The facilities outside the room are already damaged, dirty, and cannot be used. It needs serious attention from the management/owner about cleanliness and it would be even better if there was a cold water swimming pool.

comfortable and nice place. initially got a room with air conditioning not cold, called the receptionist and was offered to move rooms. after moving rooms, all facilities were running normally, the room was clean and comfortable. the food for breakfast was also quite tasty and complete.

For the provision of drinking water in the room, it can be replaced with a tumbler and refills are provided, don't be limited to just 2 bottles of mineral water and the selling price of mineral water in restaurants is extraordinarily expensive (5x the normal price 🫣🫣🫣). Facilities in the room, bathroom, and those outside the room need to be maintained again.

The facility is broken. This is the 1st impression i get when i arrived in this Resort. It is a Resprt but why the facilities like this? I am so dissapointed because its very different with all picture they have in Social Media. Alsp the cleaness of the room need to be improve. I had dinner here for 5 persons. It takes more than 1 hour for food to coming out (its long wait). Also the Spaghetti Piccata taste very sweet (its not like the description in menu which is the ingredients with butter lemon sauce). The service was OK from staff, but the building is not representatif as a Resort.

I always like to go to this hotel when I go home, but this time it was a bit uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep because my neighbors were so noisy, shouting until 2am, we complained to the hotel but the handling was slow.
