The accommodation is a perfect place to stay, located in the heart of Jakarta, Distance Walk to The Central Bus Shelter of Harmoni. Great view to Monas and The Skyscrapper. Affordable and good + Comfy. All Staff are Friendly and helpful.

I get upgrade from yellow to Vertu, because Yellow is full. This is my second time I stay at Vertu. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. breakfast is delicious with many menu. Room is clean and comfortable. Really awesome.. Two thumbs up!! 👍

I had a pleasant stay for one night at Yello Hotel. It was all awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful. I experienced electrical short circuit and the staff fixed it shortly. The breakfast was also delicious using buffet.

arrived and queued to check in for about 20 minutes, then when I wanted to check in, the room wasn't ready and I was told to wait another half an hour - an hour even though I checked in at 3 pm. The male staff who wore glasses was not very friendly, there was still hair on the bedsheet.

Good service, strategic location, good room view. The only drawback is that the TV is still a regular cable TV, and the channels are also limited. Recommendation if possible, maybe upgrade to a smart TV.

Didn't expect the room to be that great. I think the suite was really nice, but the bathroom wasn't big enough and didn't smell good enough. Breakfast also had a lot of food that was finished and it took a long time to refill it even though there were a lot of people who wanted to eat. Apart from that, overall it was okay

Cold AC. Friendly staff.
All OK, there are only 2 points that could be improved
1. Long check-in process. I queued for 30-40 minutes
2. There is no room service restaurant, so there is no message from the room, have to go down, maybe there can be a room service restaurant

Good, comfortable, clean, but I don't really like the hotel, it's not a cheap class hotel, but you're still charged a 300k deposit, usually that's a low class hotel.

one building with two hotel names. it would be nice if when guests arrive in the lobby they are asked where they want to stay? yello or vertu. the info I got was on the 5th floor, it turns out yello is on the 7th floor. so far the service is good, breakfast with a variety of menus.
