Nice hotel, nice staff, room small but comfy, breakfast not buffet but ala carte and they serve the good quality of every single item of our breakfast and delicious, nothing left on the plate. Not recommended for family who brings kids, todler or baby, cause the live music super crazy and no insulation sound proof in the room so it is clearly can be heard from your room. But for couple it is fine. Food and beverage are not pricey, it is affordable. Overall for us as couple, we are happy to stay there:)

Great location, just a short walking distance to the beach. Very great choice for a morning stroll. This hotel also have a rooftop pool with great view. You also can enjoy a western breakfast which taste super great!! Really really recommended if you want to enjoy Bali to the fullest.

The room is quite big for a budget hotel, the location is very close to restaurants/cafes, even across the street there is a karaoke cafe, close to the beach. The receptionist and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend the hotel to everyone!

The bed is big & comfortable, the lighting is very sufficient. But the sound from the hallway is very audible, it sounds like someone slammed the doors several times, it can be heard all the way into the room. So far it's comfortable, just not soundproof enough.

Friendly staffs, accommodating to our needs. Just that the bed is a bit too soft for me and my friend. Knowing that other foreigners may like soft beds, but they should also provide some harder beds bedroom as well.

This is my 2nd visit after 2017. Still a good experience, the hotel allows me to early check in. Their staffs also friendly. The room are also clean. Still reccomended.

Bersih, Nyaman, staffnya receptionists ramah banget, breakfast lumayan ok. Layak banget ini hotel jadi tempat nginap yang sangat strategis. Dapat surprise honeymoon dari staffnya, pokoknya suka banget sama hotel ini, nanti balik lagi kesini kalau kebali lagi.

Hotel dengan harga terjangkau tapi kualitas luar biasa. Sejak datang check in pelayanan luar biasa, sangat cepat, kamar sudah ready dan sangat bersih, kamar cukup luas, yang terpenting kamar mandi sangat bersih, saat menikmati malam di Jaen Cafe pun sangat diperhatikan kepuasan pelanggan. Kolam renang besar & bersih. Lokasi strategis buat jalan-jalan menikmati Legian Bali, tidak sudah cari makanan karena di sekitarnya banyak cafe. Thanks Zest Hotel, selalu pertahankan kebersihan dan pelayanannya.

Mattresses, sheets, pillowcases are dirty, they are not worthy, breakfast is not really recommended, you pay a lot to stay here but breakfast only has 2 menus. There is no coffee tea and slippers in the room.
