I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. However check in was a bit slow. Hotel room was clean and spacious. For the price I paid, it was a bang for the buck. Bed linen was clean and comfy. Water pressure was tolerant. Breakfast was adequate to fill my stomach before I set up for the day. Location was good. 10mins walk to PVJ mall, 5 mins ride on grab bike to ciwalk. 15mins ride to pasar baru. Recommended

I stayed for 2 days and booked for family room, the room really big, it has hairdryer too inside bathroom, the food great, and the staff really helpful and the location is very good

looks like it will be a favorite hotel. the room is spacious, clean, comfortable. the breakfast is also delicious and varied. around the hotel you can eat. also close to the mall. the staff is friendly and helpful. unfortunately without a swimming pool. next time will stay here again.

staying at zest sukajadi during the lebaran holiday was quite comfortable, all the staff were friendly, breakfast was quite varied, the main menu was changed every day, sis Anggi housekeeping was very good at tidying up the room, so staying for a long time felt comfortable. Recommendation for Zest Hotel Sukajadi, fast response when there is a problem in the room, clean. Only if the room faces the road if there is a vehicle with a shrill exhaust it can be heard, if the vehicle has a normal exhaust it can't be heard. Comfortable in my opinion, can be another choice when going there.

I have been a regular every holiday to Bandung, I definitely stay at this hotel because the city center is close to everywhere, the service is friendly, my only suggestion is that next time the breakfast section be a bit more responsive if there is an empty one, immediately refill it, maybe there are many staff on leave because of the holidays
oh yeah, it's been 2 years since the spaghetti menu was available for breakfast, even though it was great, hopefully in the future there will be more

friendly and fast staff at 12 o'clock can check in, the location of the hotel is near PVJ, the hospital and is in the middle of wanting to go up or down the center of Bandung. the bedroom is quite spacious and the bathroom is clean. all facilities such as towels, soap and sandals are there. I chose without breakfast because I wanted to eat in Bandung, so I don't know how to eat maybe next time I'll try.
