Hotels in Melaka City Center

I booked 5 rooms for 9pax under my name via app. This is the first time we used app and also first time booking this hotel, The process was so easy and fuss-free. We love everything about this hotel: the location was great, just next to Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall and close proximity to Jonker Street and other attractions. There are also many good eateries with walking proximity. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. The only 2 complaints we had were, the rooms were not ready on time for our check-in at 3, and even after 1 hour 's wait. We couldn't wait longer and left to eat and explored at Jonker Street. When we returned after 9.30pm to get our keys, the receptionist who served us has left for the day. When we went to our rooms, we realised the receptionist who served us may not understand English very well. We told her we want 4 rooms be have twin beds but ended up, we had all 5 rooms with Queen or double bed. Does the hotel not have twin-beds or she understand twin beds as double bed? We were too tired to find and accept with some discomfort. Other than that, we are happy with everything else.

Me and my sister stayed there during high season. Very good location. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Pretty good breakfast, but if you stay there on high season, make sure you go to breakfast early lol. The lobby is so comfy. We were able to sitin the comfy couch for about 7 hours waiting for our bus to Singapore lol. Definitely will recommend this hotel for budget trip.

First time stay at Melaka Raya area, strategic location to travel attractions, simple but cozy room setting, suitable for small family trip.

Room spaces is very good but surprisingly the room is very dirty. But I called for house keeping to come vacuum she came quite fast.

Room was OK. Hard bed. Found a little cockroach inside toilet. Breakfast is variety. Ask to pay tax on the counter upon check in rm12. Location just nice.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was good. However, I found the lighting in the bathroom to be too dim, and there was no fridge in the room. All in all, it was still a great place to stay, with the hotel being within walking distance to Jonker Street and a nearby mall.
