Great buffet spread and delicious too. Pool are opened but some don't practice sop and no staff is on duty. Bed & room with bath tub wise all okay but took 3 hrs to sent over a baby cot request which have been made earlier & clear during check in but front office did a courtesy to call and check between the hour waiting. Is just that my room doesn't have complimentary coffee or tea, just a kettle only.

The room was clean and beds were super comfy. Breakfast was a lot, so much to choose from! I was here to celebrate my mom's birthday. I put in a request for some birthday amenities but too bad the hotel overlooked it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Just wished that they looked into my request.

The front desk people where very hospitable. ⭐ Aru was very accommodating! He answered all my queries. WhatsApp replies were very quick whenever I had concerns. They even let me store my luggage after check out because my flight was in the midnight. Room was big, water heater was working, bathtub was nice. Had free WiFi and the TV inside the room had Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning was working well. Amenities and toiletries were complete and towels were changed everyday because I requested to have my room made up everyday. Pool had a nice view of the Kuala Lumpur tower. Building was secure because they have a face scan for the lobby doors to open and for the elevator to work. There 's also a 2nd lock on the hotel room door. A croissant/coffeeshop was accessible via the back gate, and Mcdonald's was right beside. There 's also a 7/11 across the street. Only a 5 minute walk to Suria and around 7 minutes to KLCC. Overall a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

This hotel is very nice! All of its aspect were very marvellous. First, its service was exceptional (meet my expectation as Sheraton is a five star hotel). Second, the location is very great. It's very close to the Monorail Station and there's a shopping mall on the other side. Great job Sheraton!

It was definitely one sweet and unforgettable stay. The Club Room is equipped with iron and iron board, free WiFi (super fast), free laundry for 4pcs of clothes, luxury toilet with motorized blinds and hot water. The king size bed was really cozy. Everything was fine except some of the furniture was quite dated. The sofa and chair need replacement as they show sign of wear and are torn. The chair was really uncomfortable to sit on because the cushion has gone very thin that you feel like sitting on wood.
