We have the most pleasant stay in the family room. The hotel and the room is clean. The air con and shower work well. Breakfast is simple and nice. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

Check In / Out Timings Check in time is at 3pm onwards and check out time is at 12.00 Noon sharp. Extension of check out timing is subjected to availability and additional charges may apply. iii. Minimum check-in age is age 18. Kindly contact hotel for late check-in & last-minute booking. For No Show, reservation will be forfeited and room will be released automatically. iv. On 01 April 2012, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. Please note, effective 01 January 2025, hotel will collect this fee this fee directly from guests upon check-in or check-out. Mandatory charges: 1. Heritage tax: MYR3 per room per night 2. Non-Malaysian is subject to tourism tax MYR10 per room per night. **Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.

Can not connect WiFi. Asked to receptionist but thay say they don't know how to fix problem. Too noisy because soundproof was very bad. Can hear next room talk. But price is cheap and location is convenient!

The location is near Jonker Street, the room is dimly lit, the refrigerator is not cold, the AC is not cold enough so we have to wait for the staff to clean the AC, the hair dryer is broken.

The receptionist is very nice. I arrived at the hotel at 1 in the afternoon, and I was allowed to check in.. even though check in starts at 3. The hotel is good, the location is close to tourist attractions.

The the bed and blaket is not clean and got bed bug. The next day I wake up, I felt both my feet was so itchy and a few red dot was appearing on both of my feet.
