Our stay in Hong Hotel was awesome. We were 5 in a family. (2 adults 2 young children & my 70 years old mom). Jonker walk is just walking distance (5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there. We surely stay at Hong Hotel again on next trip. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

Owner was really accommodating and even showed us where to go in Melaka. There’s a free shuttle to the bus station too. The hotel was really clean.

Hotel Hong is very clean and has helpful staffs. This hotel's location is just right for me because a lot of Melaka tourist attractions are on my walking distance. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and every morning we got yummy morning snack. Another good point about this hotel is its pick-up service to-and-from Melaka Sentral-Hotel Hong. In my case, the hotel staff picked me up in Melaka Sentral and took me to Mahkota Medical Center when I left for KL.

Even though the hotel is simple, the check-in service is satisfactory, the rooms are comfortable and the office boy is friendly, there are dispenser facilities and free coffee and tea during your stay.

The location is very good, very close to Jonker Walk. The downside is that the room is very small and there are many mosquitoes. Even though the window is closed, there are still many mosquitoes flying around. The flushing system of the toilet is not very good, and the dirt will slowly float out after flushing. Generally speaking, it's okay. After all, it's cheap and it's ok to stay for one night

The hotel owner is friendly and helpful in giving information about the surrounding area. The location is close to Jonker Street. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Tea and coffee are also available near the water dispenser. However, the room is a bit small overall, making it quite difficult to put your suitcases. For the price, it is very worth it (Worth It!).

Stayed 2 nights here quite comfortably, the room was clean, the AC was cold, the hot water worked well, there was a water dispenser if you wanted to drink and brew tea and coffee, the part time staff were very friendly and gave information about places around the hotel, it was only a 10 minute walk to Jonker, there was also a mosque and a place to eat near the hotel, the hotel is highly recommended, next time I go to Malacca I will stay here again

Pros: Friendly owner, walking distance to Jonker Street Market (about 650m), drink water dispenser. Cons: AC need to be serviced not cool enough. There was a noisy construction working near the hotel in the morning. No elevator if you bring elderly. Other than that, still a good hotel with good price.

I don't know how many times I've stayed at this hotel when I've been to Melaka. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. It's just a short walk to Jonker Street. Across the hotel is the Kampung Hulu Mosque. Hong the Best Hotel.

I love staying at this hotel because of the strategic location near the Jonker Walk. The room was clean. However the Majlis Bandaraya parking was limited. You need to pay RM8 to park at the nearby private parking lot.

Location is close to Jonker. Cleanliness is the biggest issue this place has. Dirty towel in the common area, puddle on the bedroom, and the damp smell upon check in are enough signs that this place is not fit to stay. We wasted the bookings and instead of being concerned on what they can do to improve the lady boss kept pressing for us to pay for the “tourist fee”.

Next time I go to Malacca I will stay here again, the water in the bathroom is big, the room is small but the bathroom is also clean, and it is close to Jonker Street.

I lost my stuff there, when check out, I put my stuff in receptionist table, when I leave my stuff was lost already, but hotel not givin a solution like cctv check or etc, and the worker not respont you in whatsapp, not worth it, where as my stuff is not a cheap, be carefull on there, and theres a cost additional when you coming there, and the hotel freqkin quite as much, little bit horrible.

The water pipe in my room burst at the middle of the night. Can't find anyone to help so I stayed awake for whole night. The next morning, the staff switched a room just next to the service counter, again I can't sleep as I can hear people in and out talking. The hotel location is super, close to Jonker Street and lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops around. Walking distance to many places, especially like to walk alongside the Melaca river.
