We had a wonderful trip in this hotel. Some small problems when we check in at early morning but agent's staffs and residence help us solved everything quick. Btw, I will come back this residence next time.

This is my 2nd time book from IconStay, environment quite okay, my children like the swimming pool with child play. But the room I stayed in 8th floor, toilet very smelly, and also my hand bitten by dust mites at night, thought the mattress was not cleaned. Very different experience compare to 1st visited.

Great pool for both kids and adult. The door key a little bit faulty. We tried and keep on touching the key to the screen for about 10mins (there was a time we waited for 20mins- called up the person charge- responses immediately) but overall, everything’s great. From room, pool, facilities acceptable and definitely gonna comes back

The accommodation was very nice and conducive. Highly recommended. However, the staff guarding the swimming pool door and sauna register had to be replaced because they were not friendly, the language was coarse and arrogant. Please change the staff. Use of an access card needs to be supplemented by at least 2 cards per household. Also parking please add more than one. It is quite difficult to park outside the apartment area with luggage.

The 3h2m vacations are only satisfactory in the no-smoking rubber baths, hard to wash, soap and shampoo are not working well, the room is not clean and there's still hair and dust. Accept card why one reason why I stay 2 is so easy to do separate activities for sauna, when accept card can be limited to limited movement.

A safe and beautiful atmosphere. The view from Level 15 is best. Nice room. Swimming pool clean. The edge of the suit is a regular swing pool of xbly pool.
