Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

From traveling date: 1 Sep 2018 onwards, upon check-in, hotel will collect 10% Service Charge and 6% SST (Sales and Service Tax) from guest directly === A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. === All bookings are subject to an additional MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per day. This is to be paid directly at the hotel. Please note that debit cards are not accepted at the property.

The hotel staff is friendly and can help you order Grab. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are comfortable. There is refillable water at the tap in each room.

Experience with this hotel: Good Experience. 1) Warm welcome by front office staff (Ramya). Recommend few attraction places. 2) Housekeeping staff (foreign worker) provide service upon request for something. 3) Good location for surrounding. 4) Available private parking Infront of hotels. Not Good Experience. 1) The toilet too smelly, requested housekeeping to clean and they fixed the air fresher (coway) for whole night. Found some charcoal begs inside room to reduce the smell. 2) The door is not a soundproof until can hear other guest voice at corridor. 3) The road Infront hotel always pack with vehicles jammed. 4) No mineral water bottles provide inside room, need to refill water dispenser inside toilet?.

Fragrant, clean, ready TV with lots of channel choices, close to the medical center as well as the red house tour, drinking water is not provided, but next door there is a minimart which is easy and cheap too, the power buttons are all electric/touch.
