The room they gave me had so many mosquitoes. They transferred me to another room but the wifi wasn’t working. They were able to fix it, though, after 30 minutes.
Good day. I would like to ask for a refund. I was not informed that check in should be until 5PM. I informed Traveloka beforehand that I will arrive at around 6PM. As I was about to check in I was not entertained due to this policy.
Unaccommodating. they're not responding when you try to call or text them. You will regret when you book here. There is no reception available to contact in this place.
I can smell the smoke inside the unit. Also, it took a lot of time checking in. We had to call all the numbers provided and argue with the staff just to get our key and unit number.
