The location is very strategic, walking distance to many shopping malls, such as Greenbelt where we can find so many good eateries! The service of the hotel itself is extra ordinary, they let us to do early check in, and the concierges also the security guards are so nice, they have two lobbies and they helped to inform our uber to pick us up at the correct spot. What an outstanding hospitality. Facilities is definitely super perfect too, not to forget to mention the bath tub. Enjoyed my late night bath ~ And last but not least, Breakfast is super good!

We initially planned for overnight staycation but we were so happy with the accommodation and the hotel services that we ended up staying 4D3N total! Room and Bathroom were clean, refillable waternis readily available on each floor, in my opinion the rates are such a steal for a 5-star hotel. Staff were super helpful and extra friendly towards our 3yo toddler. Needless to say, we will be back real soon!

My room order was not what I paid for, I felt I was given a standard room because the room size was small and the bed I asked for was king size but he was given a twin bed, and the hotel required me to increase the room fee if I wanted to get a room with a king size bed , and asked too many questions about my purpose of staying there until I had to show my company ID, they reasoned that they didn't allow me to stay for leisure purposes, I accepted that reason because of the pandemic situation and my goal was to have a meeting with my friends, and they didn't allow visits for other guests besides those who stayed at the hotel for a short time they immediately called to my room and gave only a few minutes for my friend to be there, even though we were only 3 and there was no purpose for a party or anything that violated the hotel provisions during the pandemic , but I saw when I entered the room that s I upgraded, the next room was messy like a party with lots of glasses and bottles of wine and there were some guests who brought their children to stay at the hotel, I asked if children were allowed to stay overnight and they said they weren't allowed then what I saw just now, I asked again, and they said it might be the manager on duty, okay I accepted their answer, but in the morning I saw the same person bringing another child who might be 2 years old breakfast and ordering food like other guests, besides that there was also another guest who brought a child maybe around 8 years old had breakfast too. in essence I don't like their service as if I don't pay, for a star hotel, but their service is not honest and differentiates hotel guests. and also the room given was dirty and dusty. very disappointing

Nice Place! All staffs are very easy to approach.Even the customer service in regards of lost and found.My fiance forgot his polo and pants,then I immediately email Dusit Thani and wow! prompt responce tho.Thank you!

This is my first time to book in hotel .. we do not know that our entire stay is free breakfast to the point of cup noodles kme nay sunday un pla air free bfast also we found out upon chek out asking if possible plated just for the sake of not paying for the fact that we were just getting hosptal because of my ectopic pregnancy I lost the child a staycation kme for how to forget that it was just a little pain then .. twice i asked at the reception i can say on my part that i am wrong because i do not ask why why did i tell him chek in in the even offer kme mg pay for 3 un pla free just with pla paid i don't know how to ask them to get treated for such bad service

I have no regrets staying with Dusit Thani Manila. Service is superb. All our needs and requests were noted and granted. Receptionists are accommodating. Foods are delicious. There's a lot of food to choice from. I intend to stay again with Dusit in the future. It may not be with Dusit Manila but with other country as well. Pls email me if there's a promotion. Thank you.

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Dec 25-26. However I hope they will provide free valet parking for guest/s staying overnight if their “free parking” is already full. I hope the management will also consider to repaint the facade of the hotel. Special mention to Gerald Uy for looking for rooms within the same floor since there were no connecting rooms available anymore. But waiting time for check-out was a bit too long. I hope they will consider to add more counters in the future.

Dusit thani is a great choice for travelers on the go who want to experience the hustle and bustle city of makati due to its strategic location; however I booked this for a staycation and it wasn’t pleasant! We had to move rooms thrice because their rooms stink (no exaggerations)! Plus, they didn’t put up a message in the rooms which indicated that bedroom slippers were not allowed at the dining area! So we had to go back in the room just to freaking change footwear... Their breakfast had great selections though... That was the only plus side of this trip.

We requested for a room with bathtub but was given a room with shower, I explained that I’m staying with my 1 month old baby and was then transferred to a new room. What was most shocking and disappointing was that When my husband and I opened up the bedcover to sleep and realized that there were small holes on the bed sheet. Couldn’t believe this to happen in a five star hotel. It is a crying shame for Dusit Thani hotel. I really hope they will be more careful in terms of quality or it’s not worth the price we are paying for. I would expect this in a cheaper hotel. Other then that the breakfast is good.
