The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were connected. The view was of a building that had caught fire. There was a tv with local channels. The maid service was nice. The laundry service was confusing. I loved staying here because it was close to the MRT and convenience stores.

Worth every peny! Room is clean, blanket, bed cover, and bath towel are clean. Bathup and hot water are great! Location is not in the middle of the redlight area, so its okay for staying with children. You can store luggage in the morning then back for check in in the afternoon. Close to the coin laundry, convenience store, and indian halal restaurant. Little bit far from MRT station, but can hit the bus instead from the near bus stop.

The hotel is a budget hotel, with a very small rooms. However, the room was filled with all the amenities we need, there is an electric kettle, toiletries, and spacious beds. We stayed here with 4 grown-ups and 2 kids, and the beds accommodated us very well. The room was also very clean, the AC was cool, and the bathroom/toilet was adequate with a good hot water supply. They even gave us complimentary soda and coffee/tea, and mineral water. Really great. We had a great night staying here.

This is amazing place to stay. First, I came there early morning because I had midnight flight. I just want to leave my luggage there before check in so I can walk around but they offer us to have early check in! The staffs are very friendly and super nice! thank you! The friendly hotel staff (a sweet lady and her male colleague) at the front desk helped me so much with my navigation around the city as I was new to the city and I never got lost with their help with directions to places. The hotel itself is strategically located where it is near the cultural area where there are many halal middle eartern or asian eateries and in front of it is Sultan Plaza for you to get some stuff. The street where the hotel is located on is not noisy and safe for walking at night with a decent view. It is near the MRT station of Nicol Highway where going to Marina Bay is so easy and quick. Definitely will stay here again.

Hilton Singapore Orchard
This was a last minute, same day booking. We checked in quite late, close to midnight. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The customer before us was quite rowdy and seemed to be drunken and the female receptionist handled him with a lot of grace and patience. Bravo! Hilton is a strategic choice for those keen to spend the day mall crawling down Orchard Road.

The stay was great, food was awesome, but the only thing I could suggest for improvement is to have the bathroom windows more frosted because we could still see the person showering inside. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Hotel is near Bencoolen MRT station. There is an in-room water boiling. Swimming pool open until 10.00 pm. Room is quite narrow so it is difficult to locate the stroller. Good Enough.
