Everything is perfect. It is convenient to travel, near Rajamangala, has parking, easy to find food, there are cafes, convenience stores, drug stores, restaurants. But I have a little criticism except for soundproofing. But overall, I am impressed with my stay here.

I have stayed there once before and overall it was good, but this time I just booked the wrong date and paid for it. I called in advance to ask to postpone the date and pay an additional fee, but I couldn't. I talked to the hotel staff and the application staff and they both said that it couldn't be changed or canceled. If it can't be changed or canceled, then I don't have to stay. For customers who booked hotels in 2024 for the whole year until they were promoted to the highest level, which is Diamond, and were downgraded to Platinum, at first I thought I would continue to book hotels through this application. After thinking about it, I decided not to use this application anymore. I just want to take other people's money without any additional services like this. As a customer, I would choose a new agency that can take care of customers better than this one.

The sound of the computer and air conditioner is always loud and disturbing inside the room. The sound of cars outside the street, the sound outside the room is all audible. It is not soundproof at all. Overall, everything is good except for the sound. It needs to be improved a lot.

The officers from the front desk till room cleaners were not friendly. Even I didn't see any smile from them until I checked out. In the worst case, it seemed to me they endeavored to push me to the trap they prepared. During the stay, they dreadfully insisted that I already made stains on the towels or bed sheets by submitting the warrant to me as if they trapped me in order to withdraw my THB 1,000 deposit. I have never met this kind of treatment from the hotels I stayed around the world.

ห้องพักดีแต่รอบนี้มีเสียงดังไม่รู้จากไหนทั้งคืน ไม่ได้นอนเลย คล้ายเสียงเปิดปิสวิสไฟ พยามเดินหา สรุปตอนเช้าถึงรู้ว่ามาจากตู้เย็น ดังมากเป็นระยะ เช็คอเอ้าท์ก็ช้ามากทุกครั้งที่มาพัก ปกติพักรร.ใหญ่ๆ ห้องpool villa ยังไม่รอเช็คเอ้าท์ช้าขนาดนี้ ไม่รู้เช็คอะไรนักหนา นานนนนนนนนนมาก มานอนที่นี่เพราะเช้ารีบออกทำธุระ ต้องมารอเช็คเอ้าท์ที่นานมาก
