Rooms: clean, good bed, good shower. Everything you need in an airport hotel. After mixing up our rooms and finding out we would not take smoking rooms we received great customer service. I thought I had found a hotel I would stay every time I fly into Bangkok, but things soured quickly. The second day brought a much more negative experience. In the room you'll find a “quick guide” on this guide the let you know they have a laundry service. Before leaving for the day we dropped our laundry off at the front desk. The attendant said we had to leave the laundry in the hotel room. Having to go back upstairs while the taxi had already arrived and my family was waiting was a little nuisance but no big deal. When I arrived at my room, housekeeping was already there. I gave her the laundry and proceeded to leave. She called me back to sign a paper which I did. Unfortunately I didn't read the contents of the form she had me sign because my family was waiting downstairs. Much to my surprise when I returned later in the day to find a laundry bill for 3,700 baht. For a single load of laundry-not including ironing. Normally full service laundry would cost us about 300 baht for express service. Upon asking customer service about this insane up charge, I was told that is the rate and I should have read the form. Given that our single load of laundry was nearly the same price as 2 nights staying at this hotel, I can say I will never return.

พนักงานทุกท่านน่ารักค่ะตั้งแต่รับที่สนามบินคนขับรถตู้รวมไปจนถึงพนักงานต้อนรับสุภาพยิ้มแย้ม แน่นอนว่าเมื่อฉันมีโอกาสกลับเมืองไทยฉันจะไปพักอีกแน่นอนและจะแนะนำเพื่อนๆด้วยค่ะ

Close to airport if you are waiting for transit from Bangkok to other city and its way cheaper than the airport hotel. Lucky for me, they upgrade my room. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel bathroom has no partition with the room so water comes out into the room at the time of shower, impressed dirty. Room distance to the elevator very far Very dark hallway The location of the airport is also still far away
