Left open for many hours, still not cold Since we returned to the room late at night, so did not report the police so I had to endure the heat. At the hotel, everything is good, except for 2 items, helping to fix as soon as possible.
1. The air conditioner in the room is not cold at all because the room is high ceiling, the air conditioner is not thoroughly cool.
2. There are a lot of ants on the mattress. I can still confuse the 3rd floor mattress. The ants bite all night and stay in a double bed so I have to move to sleep in one mattress and turn on the lights to see the ants full.

The atmosphere is good. Beautiful view, quiet, spacious rooms, clean, large swimming pool, good privacy. There is free shuttle to Ao Nang, free, convenient, lovely staff, please give a little bit of the restaurant, there are communication problems. Staff not alert for service. Overall, like it. We will definitely come again.
