When I checked in, they asked me for 300 Baht but when I checked out, they only gave me back 200 Baht. The amount of money is not much but the way they did it was too much.

Hotel staff are sometimes friendly sometimes not, breakfast menu is similar. The location is quite strategic. In the middle of the night for 3 days in a row someone knocked on the door but when checked no one knocked. There was a leak from the room above so that in the bathtub there were often brown water droplets dripping when someone took a shower

The hotel facilities are very good, close to the BTS station and for Muslims the location is close to the mosque and lots of halal food.

The stay was pleasant and the staffs were helpful! I ended up ask them for taxi to the airport at last minute and thanks to them, I got to DMK in an hour!

The staff was enthusiastic, but the receptionist's attitude when checking in was a bit unpleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner would run for 15 minutes, then turn off for 15 minutes and then run again by itself. My family tipped the cleaning ladies to help fix it and it stopped 😅, the room's soundproofing wasn't very good. But overall, the quality was reasonable for the price.

The room is not soundproof, on the 19th floor but I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the street. The room amenities are poor, no toothbrush, no comb, the room lights are dark, I can't see clearly

All employees in the hotel provide good service. Except for the guard in front of the hotel. We parked the car to unload our things and let my girlfriend check in. As for us, we were going to turn our car up and park in the hotel's parking lot, but the guard came back and chased us that we were blocking parking. That area is already an area for sending and receiving. Plus he talks very badly.
