Was really satisfied with this hotel! Bed was super comfy, the room was really clean and spacious, and all the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast had a big variety of different foods for everyone, and the hotel was in a safe, family-friendly location with plenty of restaurants and 7/11’s around, and also very close to Kata Beach. We were especially impressed with how the guards were able to manage such a small carpark in such an efficient way. Looking forward to staying here again next time I’m in Phuket!

The hotel room is quite large and easy to find, close to Karon View Point and Karon or Kata Beach. if the airport is quite far, around 1.5 hours in the afternoon and 1 hour on the morning use 5 in the morning. Breakfast is quite varied and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. If you go to Patong / Bangla and Phuket Town it's about 30 minutes to 1 hour when you get stuck. overall is quite satisfying.

Was here for a family vacation. The service is good. Staff are very friendly and smiley. The grand deluxe room was very big. AC was very good. The only downside for the room is the 32" TV that was tiny comparing to the room size. My another complaint would be food for breakfast that was so so. Nothing special. Fitness room is small, but it's enough. There are 2 swimming pools with plenty of areas for relaxing around them in the hotel. There is a 7-11 near the hotel. Just on the left next to Hippo supermarket. Kata beach is quite nice and not too far although the road in the area is not very friendly for pedestrians (no footpath in some areas). If you are to stay at this hotel, just do not forget to ask for a second room key card, which doesn't cost more. And do go to enjoy the nice beach, the sea wave and the sand.
