I liked the water taxi. service to the transport hub up river. The breakfast choices are amazing and food in the restaurant and bar was all we might ask for. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely comfortable and well equipped. We knew the hotel from previous visits. The only disappointemnt wa the refurbishment on the pool but a smaller area nextdoor was available.

This review is specifically for Simon, Por and the other staff at Concierge that I unfortunately don't remember their names - only thier faces. This group of employees is very important as the first face of Chatrium - welcoming me and making me feel at home during my stay. Turning on the sauna 1 hour before, sending out laundry, helping with luggage and suggestions - and most importantly being a warm and smiling face to say hello to.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay in Chatrium. The staff are accomodating. The river view is breathtaking. They gave us a welcome drink which is sweet. The pool is nice, overlooking the river as well. Breakfast is good too. We will book the same hotel the next time we come back.

To uphold the highest standards of safety, we will be undertaking renovations of our swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, and children’s playground will be temporarily closed from September 1 to October 31, 2025. During this period, the alternative facilities located on the 6th floor of our Residence Tower are available daily from 06:00 to 21:00 and can be conveniently accessed via the hotel’s 6th floor. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and remain committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Overall room was good and very spacious. Unfortunately the smell of the stale cigarettes in the room was awful. We couldnt wear the gowns supplied as the smell of the smoke on them was sickening. Beds good and bathroom ok but the hotel is showing its age. Nice being on the river.

New hotel with well-appointed rooms. Pleasant view of river from balcony. One-bedroom suite has an odd layout with the bathroom completely splitting the living room and the bedroom. Hotel has good selection of on-site dining options, including outdoor by the river. Executive lounge has great views and attentive staff. Hotel water shuttle provides convenient access to public transit and Icon Siam mall. Starbucks and 7-11 next door. Concierge was able to take care of all needs on short notice. There is notable noise from the tour boats and river restaurants all the way until 11PM. Also, my room was twice filled with smoke when neighbors decided to ignore the no-smoking policy. This seems to be a consistent problem, since the hotel has air purifiers and scented spray at the ready to bring to your room.

We always have a great stay at Chatrium. Staff always take good care of their guests. This time I think the housekeeping deserves the praise the most. They are always helpful and attentive to our request. The greeter and the staff at the roof top bar were also lovely. We had a great time there. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast restaurant need some training though. They did put other people at our table. Twice a waitress tried to take the plate away from me while I still had food on my plate. I am not sure why they’re so hurried. The gym needs some improvement. My husband said it was not well-maintained and the equipment was missing.

Lek in River Barge and all the staff are warm and welcoming. The kalamata olives are top quality in the breakfast buffet, as is the freshness of the salad. The sheets are some of the best in the world and the pillows are soft. Opening to the balcony and feeling the warm air adds 30% to the experience. Kea does a great job cleaning my room every day.
