The staff is very bad. They don't care about customers who are checking in. They talk on the phone and make customers wait for half an hour even though they already said they were in a hurry to go somewhere else. They asked to go into the room to change clothes, but the staff let them go change in the public bathroom even though it is the customer's right to go into their own room. The service is very bad. Please improve.

The room smelled musty when entering. At night, ask for a change of new linen. The old bedsheets left me with a red rash and itching.

Location, good parking. The hotel is quite old. The door in front of the room has openings on the top and bottom. Light and sound come in all the time. The room is clean and smells good. You have to check the sliding door carefully. The room we stayed in couldn't be locked with the door lock. We had to use the central lock that the hotel installed. The kettle in the room was broken. The switch didn't cut off when the water was boiling. Luckily, I was standing guard and was suspicious, so I pulled the plug out. If someone had turned on the hot water and then went to take a shower, an unexpected accident might have happened. I'd like to leave this for you to improve.

At first, I thought that I would not find a hotel. But actually traveling is not difficult at all. The hotel is on the Thale Luang Road or Wachira row, right on the road, opposite Wachira Soi 18, there is a parking lot in the hotel, very good, feels convenient and safe. The hotel is small but very cute. Inside is very beautiful. The room is clean. I like it very much
