Employees do not have the courtesy order and do not respond. We do not know whether to hear or not hear because they are very indifferent. We walk away. And then go back to another round with another person When Tom ordered another employee, smiling, asked very well. Saw us standing waiting to order, but the staff were not Plump female staff Talk to another person I walked to tell you that it was finished. Vegetables, who knew, didn't speak, put them in the wrong position, not suitable for service, not impressed. The other person is probably the boss or not sure. Foreign skin pigmentation This person will try to take care of the customers very well. * There is a shuttle bus to the mouth of the alley. Rarely reviews If there is no problem, really will pass.

This is my first time to go to Bangkok for business trip, on the first day of Chinese New Year (a bit sad though). Never thought that the hotel had a little surprise by putting an orange on the bed, which is... very thoughtful, personally. Thanks Galleria 10 for making the stays comfortable, feels like home! And oh, breakfast is nice, I love the omelette (with pork bacon inside).

Easy and fast check in. great breakfast range. convenient location. friendly staff. I've been staying in almost for every trip to BKK, in fact my last visit was in Aug17, I stayed in Galleria 10 too. the only comment this round was there was a bit of mozzy bite not sure if its bed bugs or otherwise. room 511. overall great experience. no complaint.
