My room is very nice, new and full of equipment. Easy to walk to the beach and the walking street near by. It has swimming pool and the sun is perfect for you at anytime, not too hot. I love here more than the apartment I rent at Bangkok after. This is absolutely my choice again when come back Pattaya city.

It should be a 3-star hotel. The room is not worth the price. There is only one plastic chair. There is no elevator. The bed is very narrow. The bathroom has no toilet facilities. The tissue is very low quality. There is no wardrobe. Check-out at 10 am is too early. The only good thing is the variety of breakfast.

After check in Nobody brings me near my room. Must find by my self. The building looks old. Swimming pool great. Very many people from Indian comes here in this hotel. Not good for family staying. Rooms are clean. Location perfect everything very close near hotel. Shopping, night market and bars. Staying from 29 July til 2 August 2024.

ห้องน้ำกระจกสกปรกมาก ต้องเช็ดเอง. แสงสะท้อนส่องฝุ่นเยอะมากตรงเคาท์เตอร์หน้าทีวีต้องเช็ดเอง หมอนผ้าห่มเหม็นอับมาก. ปรับปรุงค่ะครั้งนี้ไปไม่ค่อยประทับใจ แต่พี่ที่ฟร้อนบริการดีมากค่ะ

Hotel sangat bising di tengah malam karena banyak tamu dari Bangladesh dan mabuk-mabukan mau masuk ke kamar yang salah. Untuk kebersihan cukup dan saya ada pesan kamar 2 orang itu tidak ada lift dan harus naik tangga sampai lantai 3.

รร นี้ใช้ผ้าปูขึ้นราให้ผู้พัก ผ้าเช็ดตัวใช้แล้วแขวนในห้องน้ำไม่เปลี่ยนใหม่ให้ โทรไปแจ้ง บอกให้รอ ผ่านไป2ชม ไม่มีคนมา ต้องโทรซ้ำผ่านไป30นาที ไม่มีใครมา ณ เวลานั้น4ทุ่มกว่า อารมณ์ต้องการพักผ่อน แต่นอนบนผ้าปูขึ้นราไม่ลงจริงๆ ต้องเดินลงไปที่เช็คอินบอกขอคืนเงินย้ายไปนอน รร อื่นดีกว่า รร เสนอเปลี่ยนห้องให้ ได้ห้องใหม่ ไม่เจอผ้าเช็ดตัวใช้แล้ว แต่ยังเจอผ้าปูขึ้นรา เหมือนกัน ต่อว่าไป รร บอกขอเปลี่ยนให้ใหม่ เปลี่ยนเสร็จไม่มัราละ แต่มีคราบ ดำสกปรกเลอะผ้าอยู่ ผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่พับให้ใช้ แต่มีเส้นผมใครไม่รู้ ในผ้าเช็ดตัวมาด้วย แจ้งไป บอกขอเปลี่ยนใหม่ให้ กว่าจะไก้นี่นอนเกือบเที่ยงคืน นี่คือเรืองความสะอาดไม่ผ่านจริงๆ พอหัวได้แปะหมอน ในห้องพักได้ยินเสียงปิดประตูดังพอๆกับพลุปีใหม่ แต่ถี่กว่า เพราะแต่ละห้องเปิดปิดกันถี่ๆค่ะ ที่นี่มีดี1อย่างที่มีสระว่ายน้ำให้ว่ายแก้เครียด ตอนบอกตัวเองว่า ทำไมเลือกจอง รร แบบนี้ไปได้ไง ไปเที่ยวเจอที่พักห่วยจริงๆ

Good service, polite, fast, comfortable, very spacious room, clean, booked during the Pattaya fireworks viewing period. No need to wait in long queue. There is convenient parking. Not far from the beach, good.

Grand Bella is very nice hotel. What you get is more than what you pay. Value of money is best! The managing of this hotel is awesome. Room is big and comfortable and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. When you take shower, you don't have to wait too long before warm water come out. Have balcony to seat and enjoy see outside. Breakfast is awesome, they have two restaurants which Indian food style and common food style. I really like their omelet, porridge, vegetables, salads, etc. Very tasty, really good to eat in this hotel restaurant. They have two swimming pool, one is in ground floor and second is in 8 floor. Both is nice. They have sauna and gym room. Great location to go everywhere. The hotels staffs is nice and friendly. I really recommend this hotel! I will definitely come and stay again in Grand Bella hotel. Keep up the good work Grand Bella! Thanks.

The hotel is located in a quiet place because it's a little alley. To the beach only 7 minutes. To Alcazar in 10 minutes. Strategic.

Beautiful rooms, clean bathrooms, but the service staff is not good. Not good, to be honest, it is the first hotel that we have no impression, do not talk much, let's come and see.

Good place to stay, but the staff in front of the counter is a bit too busy as people always have to wait in the queue but recommend. Breakfast has many things. Booking in the app is a little cheaper But the entrance is a little too small to find
