I have stayed at this hotel before. It is in an excellent location. The hotel is immaculate. nice facilities, such as a pool, executive lounge, several bars and restaurant options.The staff is extremely helpful and housekeeping is thorough and prompt. There was quite a bit of noise in my room even though I was on the 30th floor. My suite had a balcony facing the beach and in a position to hear the street noise and the bands at nearby restaurants and clubs.

The most comfortable hotel bed ever. Room was spacious, clean and a super view. Shower etc 10/10 However having to pay extra fir premium wi fi was not fair, also prices around the pool and breakfast were very high. I had one breakfast, and then the remainder in local restaurants. Location very good.

Luxurious from the moment you enter the hotel. The staff are friendly, smiling, and provide good service. The bed in the room is comfortable to sleep in. The room is next to the sea with a view of Pattaya Beach all the way. I came to stay to run the Bikini Run. It is very convenient. After running, I took the elevator to rest. I did not have to walk or drive far to rest. I was very impressed.

We are very satisfied with the hotel service. I come with my mom and my little son 4 years old, room is clean and have sea view, downstairs is big shopping mall, very convenient. Hotel lobby outside have big pool, my son was be there whole days to play and swimming, nice time in pattaya!

Staff wasn’t so helpful at all….. wife was having stomach cramps and I asked the staff to translate it to Thai but they said no and use the translation app instead. I wanted to make sure the pharmacist understood what I was saying and not leave it to google translate (always messes up)

Night security and night Manager on duty during a situation in which we were attacked by locals, the hotel staff failed to protect us and instead forced us to pay a large sum of money to the locals, threatening to call the police if we refused. It is truly unfortunate that I leave Thailand with such a bitter memory. That said, the daytime staff were indeed helpful and attentive.
